Constraints on hadron resonance gas interactions via first-principles Lattice QCD susceptibilities

We investigate extensions of the Hadron Resonance Gas (HRG) Model beyond ideal case by incorporating both attractive and repulsive interactions into model. When considering additional states exceeding those measured with high confidence Particle Data Group, corrections to overall pressure in HRG model are imposed. On other hand, we also apply excluded-volume corrections, which ensure there is no overlap baryons turning on (anti)baryon-(anti)baryon interactions. emphasize complementary nature these two identify combinations conserved charge susceptibilities that allow us constrain them separately. In particular, find interesting ratios sensitive one correction not other. This allows excluded volume particle spectrum effects Analysis available lattice results suggests presence extra baryonstrangeness sector baryonic interaction, indications hyperons have a smaller core than non-strange baryons. note for heavy-ion-collision systems at LHC RHIC.
